We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move into Haddington at Cota Vera. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations, and a big part of that was the outstanding support from Bonnie and Teresa. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the entire journey.

After owning multiple newly built homes over the years, this one stands out as the highest quality by far. One of the biggest factors in our decision was the single-story, ranch-style design. Not having to deal with stairs has made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day comfort, and the 9–10 foot ceilings create a bright, open feel that we absolutely love.

Coming from a three-story townhouse, we especially appreciate having a spacious private back patio—something we didn’t have before. The community amenities have also been a major upgrade, including a dedicated dog park, gym, and swimming pool. We also enjoy access to nearby facilities, including another pool, an additional dog park, and a park that hosts summer concerts.

The 55+ community is exactly what we were looking for—quiet, peaceful, and filled with friendly, supportive neighbors. It truly feels welcoming and well cared for.

We were fortunate to purchase our lot early, which allowed us to personalize our home with upgrades that fit our lifestyle perfectly. Even the everyday conveniences stand out, like having a gas station just a minute away.

Choosing Haddington at Cota Vera has been one of the best decisions we’ve made when purchasing a home, and we highly recommend both the community and the incredible team behind it—especially Bonnie and Teresa, who truly made this experience exceptional.
